Day Services
PALS specializes in providing day services for adults with a history of behavioral deficits and excesses, and many of our participants have significant involvement with their disabilities. We understand that each person has unique needs, so we conduct an intake process to determine the appropriate fit for each individual referred to our agency. Through the person-centered framework, we create personalized plans and support systems for them, ensuring that they receive the necessary services to help them achieve their goals.
We provide a safe, structured environment that allows participants to learn and practice appropriate social and communication skills. Our goal is to help individuals gain the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve their full potential in their personal lives and careers.
Our day program services are available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Depending on the individual's needs, these services may be provided in the community or at one of our licensed facilities on a full or part-time basis.

Transportation Assistance
At PALS Inc., we understand the importance of reliable transportation for our participants. That's why we are dedicated to providing transportation services that are fully funded by the Regional Centers.
We offer the best transportation options for each individual, considering their specific needs and requirements. Safety is our top priority, which is why we conduct regular inspections on all vehicles. Our vehicles are regularly inspected to ensure they are in good working condition and meet all safety standards to provide our participants with a safe and comfortable ride. Our goal is to ensure they have access to fast and secure transportation to and from their homes and residential settings in the local community.
Person-Centered
Planning Services
PALS is proud to be certified by the State of California as a person-centered services provider. This means that our approach to providing services is centered around the person being supported, with their wants and needs as our top priority. We view the family and other key members of the person's "circle of support" as partners in our work and collaborate with them to ensure that our services are tailored to the individual's needs.
We have a team of skilled Person-Centered Facilitators and Planners who are available to provide intake services for new participants. We also conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with them to ensure that our person-centered services meet their needs. These services are designed to promote independence, self-determination, and community integration for the individuals we serve.
